Privacy
This public demonstration retains only the information needed to operate the experience, understand how the site is used, and respond to deliberate contact requests.
Demo conversations
Live-demo conversations may be stored securely with an extracted business summary for service continuity and review. You do not need to provide contact details to explore the assistant.
Contact requests
If you share contact details in chat or submit the project form, those details, the business summary, and the conversation may be retained and forwarded to the configured sales system so the team can follow up.
Saudi personal data protection (PDPL)
This page is how we meet the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law's requirement to say plainly what is collected, why, and on what basis. We collect a phone number only when you choose to give one, and only to answer the enquiry you sent — never to sell, share, or add you to a marketing list. We do not collect an email address at all: the form no longer asks for one, and an address typed into the chat is removed before anything is stored or forwarded. The legal basis is your consent, which the assistant states at the moment it takes your details rather than leaving it buried here. You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you at any time, on the number below, and we will.
AI processing, and where it happens
Messages sent to the live assistant are processed by DeepSeek, an AI provider based outside Saudi Arabia, to generate the wording of each reply. This is a cross-border transfer and you should know it before you type anything sensitive: do not submit secrets, patient records, or confidential documents into this public demo. This applies to this website's own demonstration assistant. A system we build for you is a separate decision — it can run on a provider you choose, or on your own hardware inside the Kingdom, so that your customers' messages never leave a boundary you set. That choice is yours, and we will put it in writing.
Site analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to see which pages visitors reach and in which language, so the site can be improved. It records the pages viewed, an approximate region, and the type of device — not your name, and not what you typed to the assistant. Google sets its own cookies for this and may also use them for advertising measurement. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, and the other Gulf states are not measured unless they consent; this site does not ask for that consent, so no analytics or advertising cookies are stored for them. That includes visitors inside the Kingdom, who are most of the people reading this: the page above says our legal basis is your consent, and it would not be true if the one country we sell in were the exception.
Session continuity
So a page reload does not restart your conversation, this site keeps a short-lived session reference in a cookie. It holds no message content and no contact details, no script running on the page can read it, and it is discarded when you close your browser.
Returning visits
So the team can see that you have been in touch before rather than treating each visit as a stranger, this browser also keeps a longer-lived anonymous reference that links your visits to one another for up to 180 days. The reference itself holds no name, contact details, or message content. On our side it points at a visitor record, and that record is not anonymous once you have given us something: if you share a phone number, it is stored there alongside a count of your visits.
Recognising you across devices
One thing follows from that and you should hear it plainly: we match on the phone number itself. If you give the same number from a laptop today and from your phone next week, those two visits are joined into a single record of you as a person, not left as two separate browsers. That is how the team avoids asking you the same questions twice — and it is also the point at which a browser handle stops being just a browser handle. Clearing your site data removes the reference this browser keeps, but the record already tied to your number stays until you ask us to delete it, on the number below. Ask, and we will.
Your choices
You can explore without sharing contact details. Share a phone number only when you want the team to contact you — it is the one contact detail this site keeps — and do not include confidential or sensitive information.
